A Sonnet by New Age Poet
Before we started, we were both afraid
We couldn't keep the promise to commit.
Desire won, and so a vow was made.
Our lives are richer now because of it.
A miracle--lactation with no child.
I never dreamed it possible. Did you?
The goddess called Rumina must have smiled
And granted us a heaven just for two.
Your eager lips approach my aching breast--
A swollen vessel, yearning for release.
We close our eyes. I feed, and you ingest,
An act so sweet, our souls discover peace.
Each day we part; once home again, we bond.
I hear your voice and feel my breasts respond.
